Shipping policy

I currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may come later — if you're outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, message me and we'll see what's possible.

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Every piece is handmade and shipped from my studio in Soquel, California. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and packed before it ships.

Orders go out via USPS Ground Advantage — tracked and insured — in protective packaging. You'll get a tracking number by email when your piece is on its way. Typical delivery is a few business days after shipment, though carrier times can vary.

Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit: Every order is insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email me at bosco@boscarelli.com within 48 hours (with photos, for damage) and I'll make it right.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — I can't recover a package sent to an incorrectly entered address.
