Refund policy
All sales are final. Every piece is one of a kind and made entirely by hand, so I don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please look over the photos and measurements, and ask me anything before you buy — I'm always glad to send more photos.
If something is genuinely wrong, I'll make it right. Your piece is shipped tracked, insured, and carefully packed. If it arrives damaged in transit, or is materially not as described, email me at bosco@boscarelli.com within 48 hours with photos and I'll take care of you — a repair or a full refund, including return shipping. That's the promise I stand behind.
